General Redemption Terms and Conditions with Powerbuilt Tools NZ
By submitting an entry to redeem specific product, it is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions as outlined below of any redemption offered by Powerbuilt Tools New Zealand.
This promotion is run by Alltrade Tools NZ (2016) Limited, P O Box 10-260 Christchurch, which is the New Zealand License holder of Powerbuilt Tools.
All redemptions will be advertised with a strict valid period. Please Note: The promotion start date and end date, or the entire promotion period may be changed at any time and at short notice due to the current restrictions enforced by the New Zealand Government in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic. The promoter may also vary the promotional period at any time taking into account the Covid-19 pandemic.
Redemption entries are only valid by submitting an online entry at www.powerbuittools.co.nz Entries by any other method are not valid.
No minimum spend is required for entry. Multiple entries are not eligible per receipt.
You are not required to submit any confidential payment information, we will ship your redemption freight free.
At time of entry, you must fully complete all fields and upload a copy of the receipt to validate your redemption.
Should an customers contact details change once submitted, it is the customers responsibility to notify the promoter and modify their claim as appropriate.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, misdirected or misplaced delivery due to incorrectly provided delivery address.
You are required to retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Redemption offers are only valid while stocks last.
Redemptions are only valid to the advertised product. Product must be purchased through a New Zealand Retailer, in-store or online. Overseas purchases are not valid for entry.
Entry is only open to those residing in New Zealand.
Distributors & retailers of Powerbuilt tools (and their family brands), employees and their families are not eligible to claim.
All information supplied via entry form will be held in confidentiality.
Powerbuilt retailers & Powerbuilt’s New Zealand license holder’s responsibility for the redeemed tool ceases at time of delivery to the recipient.
Powerbuilt retailers & Powerbuilt’s New Zealand license holder will not be responsible for any type of damage or injury resulting from usage of the tools won, or the purchased tools.
Powerbuilt’s New Zealand license holder reserves the right to a verification check at their absolute discretion for proof of purchase.
Powerbuilt New Zealand’s decision is final and will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.
